This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and DAGR Tech LLC(“DAGR Tech,” “we,” or “us”) governing your use of the DAGR router, its embedded software, firmware, and related services (collectively, the “Product”).
By installing, activating, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Product and return it within the applicable return period.
1. License Grant
DAGR Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product solely for personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or firmware on the Product.
- Use the Product to violate any laws, infringe on third-party rights, or compromise network security.
- Rent, lease, resell, or sublicense the software or firmware.
Hardware ownership transfers to you upon purchase; software does not.
2. Firmware Updates
DAGR Tech may provide firmware or software updates to improve performance, fix security vulnerabilities, or add features.
By using the Product, you consent to:
- Receiving updates automatically or manually.
- DAGR Tech applying critical security patches when necessary.
You must install updates promptly to maintain proper security and functionality.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Product to:
- Deploy malware, conduct attacks, or bypass network controls.
- Interfere with or disrupt other networks or devices.
- Access unauthorized data.
DAGR Tech may suspend or terminate support if we detect use that violates law or this Agreement.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
The Product may collect limited operational data (e.g., device logs, error events, update status) necessary for support, diagnostics, or security improvements.
DAGR Tech does not monitor browsing history or inspect user traffic content.
Any collected data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Software
The Product may include open-source components governed by their respective licenses.
Open-source licenses take precedence over this Agreement for those components.
6. Limited Warranty
Hardware purchased directly from DAGR Tech or authorized sellers is covered under our 2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
It does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, modification, or unauthorized repair.
- Cosmetic damage or wear-and-tear.
- Damage from external causes (power surges, water, accidents).
Software and firmware are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Product is provided “as is” and “as available.”
- DAGR Tech disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, or complete security against all threats.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:
- DAGR Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Product will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only where enforceable.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DAGR Tech harmless against claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Product or violations of this Agreement.
10. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated.
DAGR Tech may terminate it immediately if:
- You violate any term of this Agreement, or
- You misuse the Product.
Upon termination, you must stop using the software and destroy any copies.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes must be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
12. Changes to This Agreement
DAGR Tech may update this Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the Product after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
