30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you’re not fully satisfied with your DAGR router, you may return it within 30 days of the dispatch date for a refund or replacement.
Eligibility for Return
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.
- The router must be undamaged and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and accessories (power adapter, antennas, cables) must be included.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Customer Responsibility: If you’re returning the product for personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect order), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Our Responsibility: If the item is incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective upon arrival, we will cover return shipping.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
2-Year Limited Hardware Warranty
Your router’s hardware is covered against defects in materials and workmanship for Two (2) Years from the date of original purchase.
What We Will Do
- Repair the hardware at no cost to you, or
- Replace it with a new or functionally equivalent unit.
Warranty Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for shipping the defective unit to our return center.
- We will cover the shipping cost back to you once the repair or replacement is complete.
Software and Firmware Disclaimer
The software and firmware included with your router are provided as-is. While we regularly release updates to improve security and performance, we do not guarantee that the software will be free of errors or interruptions.
Updates are provided at our discretion and do not extend or modify the hardware warranty. This applies even if the software is updated, restored, or reinstalled.
Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty applies to hardware only. It does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, misuse, power surges, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
- Commercial use such as rental or leasing.
- Opening the case or tampering with internal components.
- Unauthorized modification of software or firmware.
- Damage caused by non-approved accessories or incorrect power supplies.
- Improper installation or use outside the provided instructions.
- Using any power adapter other than the one supplied.
How to Obtain Service (RMA Process)
Step 1: Contact Support

Step 2: Receive Your RMA Instructions
We will provide the return address and a unique RMA number for your claim.
Step 3: Pack and Ship
- Repack the router securely in its original packaging.
- Include your proof of purchase.
- Ship with a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. Please use a shipping method that includes delivery confirmation.
